Sand Timers are quite big and attractive for children, with these it is easy to motivate them to practice ja repetite.
Continue repetition/exercise, motivate muscle training, or maintain nasal breathing for the target time. Once the child reaches his goal, he can proceed to the next goal /Sand Timer.
